Role - HR Business Partner
Location - Canary Wharf, London - 5 days onsite.
We’re partnering with a globally recognised premium brand looking to appoint a credible and commercially-minded HR Business Partner to join their London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a true HRBP role, partnering senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving real impact across a multi-site business.
The Opportunity
As a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll work closely with leadership to deliver both operational HR excellence and strategic initiatives.
You’ll be involved in:
* Partnering with leaders to shape and deliver people strategy
* Leading on complex employee relations cases
* Driving recruitment and talent planning activity
* Coaching and developing managers to build capability
* Supporting organisational change and transformation projects
* Delivering training across key HR topics
* Championing a strong, inclusive and high-performance culture
About You
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a luxury/prestigious retail brand
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* The confidence to influence, challenge and build trust at all levels
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
