About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our Senior Brand Executive and wider marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in beauty marketing, gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of brand and product management, and contribute to the continued growth of a premium beauty brand.
The ideal candidate will be creative, highly organised, and have a keen interest in social media, beauty trends, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, You Tube, Pinterest)
* Help maintain the social media content calendar
* Coordinate asset creation – liaising with photographers, influencers, and creative partners
* Support with content writing and caption creation for posts and newsletters
* Monitor social engagement, respond to comments and messages, and support online community management
* Support with PR activations, such as influencer gifting and events
* Create and edit content for TikTok
* Help plan and upload content for the Nailberry TikTok channel
* Assist in creating brand presentations and visual assets (basic Photoshop or Canva use a plus)
* Research industry trends, competitor activity, and campaign inspiration
* Support product development activities including sample organisation, feedback collection, and competitor benchmarking
* Assist in preparing product information, imagery, and merchandising materials for retail partners
* Help with digital marketing support for international distributors and accounts
* Conduct store visits to maintain relationships with retailers
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
* Internship or previous experience in marketing, beauty, or retail a plus (but not essential)
