As a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students with SEND within the schools ARP and mainstream setting

Responsibilities | Graduate SEND TA
* Support students with autism and additional needs in 1:1 and small-group settings
* Assist across subjects including Maths, Art, Photography, Psychology and Science
* Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams to support student wellbeing and confidence
* Build positive relationships that help students thrive socially, emotionally and academically
Requirements | Graduate SEND TA
* Psychology graduates with strong Maths, Science or Art knowledge
* Maths, Science or Art graduates with an interest in neurodevelopment and SEND
* Graduates with strong A-Level results in Maths, Science, Art, Photography or Psychology, including an A or A* in at least one of these subjects
* Individuals with a genuine interest in autism, neurodiversity and inclusive education
