Hours: Permanent - Part Time (25 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Days - 5 days per week (Monday to Friday – 5 hours per day between 8:45 and 15:30)

Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not‑for‑profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel. We have been supporting older people for over 120 years. The charity provides care home and day care services as well as grants for those in financial difficulty.
Woking Day Care in Surrey offers a wide range of daily activities to suit people’s interests. Our compassionate team is trained to support people with dementia and encourage social interaction and wellbeing.
Day Care Assistant
As a Day Care Assistant you will provide a high standard of holistic care and support for our clients so they can maintain independence, autonomy, choice and lead fulfilled lives.

We would like a Day Care Assistant who has a real passion for care, builds solid relationships with clients, and allows them to live well in later life. Empathetic, respectful, self‑motivated and flexible, you are a team player willing to go the extra mile.
We welcome applicants with experience working with older people and a NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care; however this is not essential. We will provide all training needed.
