Clinical Support Worker - Ward 2

Ward 2 is a Trauma and Orthopaedic Ward caring for patients with fractures or musculoskeletal conditions.
We are looking for a Clinical Support Worker to join the team, committed to high standards of nursing care and providing a positive patient experience.
You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), providing nursing care and assistance to patients within defined parameters specified by the registered nurse.
Main duties of the job
* Provision of direct patient care including washing, dressing, and assisting with bathing.
* Support patients to maintain and improve independence towards a safe and timely discharge.
* Care tasks such as mouth care, assisting with diet and fluids, toilet assistance, and mobility support.
* Focus on preventing pressure ulcers.
* Work with the team to ensure a clean and safe environment enhancing patient care.
