Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant standards.
Champion a robust safeguarding culture, prioritizing the welfare of children and young people.
Ensure all policies and procedures are current and effectively implemented.

Adapt your schedule to meet the homes needs, including evening and weekend work or occasional sleeping-in duties.

What You Bring
To thrive in this role, youll need to bring passion, leadership, and a proven track record in child care:
Essential Requirements
Age 21 or older.
Right to work in the UK.
A clean driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
A minimum of five years experience working with children in a senior role.
NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care, Youth Work, or Education.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or Children and Young Peoples Residential Management (or working towards it).
Desirable Attributes
An enhanced portable DBS.
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with experience managing a residential care setting.
