Join GTR as an Apprenticeship Co‑Ordinator and help us deliver exceptional apprenticeship programmes across the network.What you'll do:Be the go-to person for all apprenticeship programme administration and coordination.Maintain learner databases and ensure compliance with DfE funding rules.Track financial data, including levy spend and income.Produce monthly reports and manage KPIs to keep programmes on track.Liaise with external providers and internal teams to arrange functional skills sessions and End Point Assessments.Keep our Apprenticeship SharePoint pages up to date with guidance and resources.What we're looking for:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with systems like OneFile and Maytas.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Flexibility to travel across the GTR network.Why GTR?
