About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Lead Manager Care Integration to strengthen our partnerships with the NHS, Local Authorities, and other key stakeholders across the health and social care sector.
This new position has been created in response to the UK Governments Fit for the Future initiative a 10-year programme designed to modernise the care sector and encourage more integrated models of care. The postholder will play a vital role in leading cross-sector engagement, exploring partnership opportunities, and ensuring the organisation remains aligned with national strategic priorities.
What Youll Be Doing
As the Lead Manager for Care Integration, you will:
Act as the organisations primary liaison with the NHS, Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and external partners.
Lead discussions, negotiations, and collaborative projects aimed at improving integrated care pathways.
Research, analyse, and interpret key policies, procedures, and sector developments.
Represent the organisation at meetings, working groups, and strategic forums.
Provide high-quality reports and recommendations to the CEO and Board.
Promote and embed our CORE values across your team and all partnership activities.

About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
A Masters degree or equivalent qualification in health, social care, public policy, management, or a related field.
Experience working with NHS bodies, Local Authorities, or similar statutory organisations.
Proven ability to manage multi-party discussions and build productive relationships.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex policy information into actionable insight.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The confidence to represent the organisation at senior level and contribute to strategic development.
