* Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Rate: £550 - £650 p/d
* Location: Remote + ad-hoc attendance in Warwick or Scotland office

Our client is a leading UK technology and infrastructure specialist, delivering mission-critical communications and digital systems across rail, transport, utilities and public services.
Responsibilities:
1. Commercial leadership of the Network Infrastructure Portfolio
2. Cost control, forecasting, AFC management, monthly cost reporting and cashflow forecasting
3. Managing change control, Early Warnings and variations via CEMAR, including pricing and agreeing client changes
4. Supporting efficiency targets across CP7
5. Developing contracting and packaging strategies
6. Managing subcontract procurement, valuations, payments and final accounts
7. Supporting portfolio risk and opportunity management
8. Expanding into other areas of the Safety & Security Portfolio, leading on SISS, Southern Infrastructure Delivery and Ops Comms projects
9. Preparing, overseeing and ensuring monthly client applications for payment are issued in accordance with the contract and certified in a timely manner
