Salary up to £25,068 pa depending on skills and experience
Permanent - Full time – 37 hours per week

We are seeking an individual who enjoys engaging with a diverse range of people to strengthen our repairs and maintenance team. You will support the team by handling routine administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.
Our Repairs and Maintenance team refurbishes and improves the council's housing stock in the borough. We will support your skill development so you can take ownership of tasks such as processing invoices and managing clerical duties like filing, data entry, and correspondence related to repair activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have prior administrative experience in a customer service environment, preferably with experience in finance, and possess:
* A good understanding of clerical and administrative functions
* Familiarity with GDPR regulations
* Proficiency with digital tools and embracing new technology
* Excellent organizational skills
* Experience processing contractor variation orders and invoices
