What you'll be doing...
* The Meetings and Events Operations Assistant plays a key role in delivering seamless and memorable experiences for hotel guests and clients. The position involves supporting the planning, set-up, and smooth running of meetings, conferences, and private events, ensuring high service standards and attention to detail throughout. In addition, the role provides occasional support to the restaurant floor team during breakfast and dinner services, contributing to the overall guest experience across different service areas of the hotel. This is a dynamic and customer-focused role that requires excellent organisational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to hospitality.
