Overview
Lead customer engagement alongside product and engineering teams in a first-class manner. Partner with product, engineering, marketing and other CxE teams across Security organization to drive strategy and execution alignment. Communicate clearly about initiative risks, accomplishments, learnings and opportunities. Become a subject matter expert and ramp-up quickly on new and emerging capabilities from a technical breadth and depth perspective with a focus on security, SIEM, data lake, graph, MCP server, AI and Security Store. Advocate for the interoperability across the Unified Agentic Platform and support SOC-focused agent development, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and software development lifecycle standards. Comfortable and confidently deliver technical and strategic sessions and demonstrations to customer stakeholders ranging from C-Level to architects to analyst level audiences. Be customer obsessed, act as the customer advocate within security engineering teams to ensure customer use cases / blockers / issues / feedback and needs are properly addressed to resolution. Drive critical feedback, insights, customer requirements to improve the solution, drive value to customers and overall solution adoption and consumption. Create and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides and best practices in an effort to scale learnings to the broader field, customer and partner communities. Build and maintain key relationships with customer stakeholders to drive continued confidence and trust with Microsoft.
