The Director, Statistical Programming is a strategic leadership role for an experienced programming professional who can shape functional direction, lead and develop high-performing teams, and ensure excellence in clinical data analysis and reporting. This role is accountable for driving quality, compliance, standards, automation, and continuous improvement across complex projects or multiple drug programs, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver business impact. The ideal candidate combines deep technical and regulatory expertise with strong people leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to influence at both the team and organizational level.AccountabilitiesProvide input into the strategy for the programming functionProvides strategic, scientific and programming advice and expertise to the teamDefines programming strategic direction for implementation of statistical programming aspects of the clinical development program/sLeads, manages and develops a group of programmers, providing guidance and mentorship.
