Our food is

This exciting
Grand Brasserie is located in the 1873 historic Criterion Restaurant
building - opposite the iconic Eros Fountain, the heart of London.
We unusually
combine a panoramic range of proper Indian food - pioneering street food,
thalis (the balanced family platters), flavourful grills, regional curries,
biryanis - as well as brunch & afternoon tea.
We
are looking for a hard working Kitchen Assistant to work on a pro rata basis,
daytimes, evenings and weekends. Full-time only, minimum 35 hours per week.
We
provide full on the job training for the right candidate, although knowledge of
kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards is an advantage.
