Overview
We are searching for a Site Supervisor to join Caldmore Primary Academy to work with the wider estates team and academy senior leadership. You will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day management and operation of premises-related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors.
Salary and Contract
Actual salary: £23,883 to £25,845 per annum. 37 hours per week, 43 weeks per annum (term time only plus 4 weeks). Permanent contract commencing as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day premises operations across buildings and grounds.
* Oversee security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors.
Qualifications and Skills
* Understand and apply Health and Safety Regulations; supervise onsite contractors; be competent at basic building repairs and maintenance.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills; be first aid trained and MIDA trained or willing to undertake this training; have working knowledge or relevant qualifications in Health and Safety; Safeguarding level 1 training.
