Talentmark is partnering with a leading scientific organisation to recruit a Site Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and smooth operation of facilities, equipment, and site services within a regulated environment. This is a hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance, compliance, safety, and ensuring site systems operate efficiently day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out routine maintenance activities and site checks.
2. Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and repair logs.
3. Monitor building systems including HVAC, generators, filters, and heating systems.
4. Coordinate repairs and liaise with external contractors when required.
5. Support site compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
6. Identify opportunities for site improvements and efficiencies.
Your Background:
7. Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
8. Strong communication and organisational skills.
9. Experience working in a regulated or production-based environment desirable.
10. IT literacy across Microsoft Office systems.
11. Full UK driving licence preferred.
Ideal candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident supporting maintenance activities within a fast-paced operational environment.
