Derby (3-4 days on site, 1-2 days WFH)
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
We’re currently exclusively supporting a growing business in Derby with the need for an Interim Internal Recruiter to support a busy period of growth and project delivery. This hands‑on recruitment role is focused on delivering hires at pace across a broad range of technical positions. The business operates in a fast‑moving environment where projects can quickly impact hiring demand, so the role requires someone proactive, adaptable and confident managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
The immediate requirement is expected to last 3-6 months, with approximately 25-30 complex hires needed in this period. Depending on project workload, there is a very likely potential for the role to develop into something longer term.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver hires at pace across a broad range of technical positions.
* Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and adapt to changing demands.
* Partner directly with senior stakeholders to interpret and fulfil hiring needs.
* Take a proactive, hands‑on approach to recruitment to meet project timelines.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Background in technical recruitment is preferred.
* Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Confident partnering with senior stakeholders.
* Hands‑on, proactive, and delivery focused.
* Excellent at managing multiple priorities and changing demands.
