Recovery Coordinator - Integrated Cooccurring needs (ICON)

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join our team, specialising in Integrated Co-occurring Needs (ICON). This role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a progressive service, supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery from drug and alcohol dependency.

As a Recovery Coordinator, you'll provide a dedicated comprehensive Tier 3/4 service to people experiencing substance use problems. ICON aims to bridge the gap between substance misuse and mental health services. Recognising that for our cohort of service user co-occurring needs are the norm not the exception. Through this project we aim to reduce barriers to access treatment, duplication, and fragmentation.

Main duties of the job

You will deliver a comprehensive Tier 3/4 service to individuals experiencing substance use challenges, with a focus on bridging the gap between substance misuse and mental health services.

Recognising that co-occurring needs are the standard rather than the exception for our service users, the ICON initiative seeks to address these complexities by reducing barriers to accessing treatment, minimizing duplication of services, and ensuring a more integrated, seamless approach to care.
