We are looking to recruit a Part Time Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join our Hollybank Team caring for our wonderful 9 residents in our residential care home.
Shifts are 12 hours long, from 8pm to 8:00am. 12-24 hours per week. £300 joining bonus paid after 3 months in the role.
Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Duties
To work as a trained multi-skilled member of the team providing various aspects of care to elderly and physically disabled residents. To provide and assist with training of Healthcare Assistants. To monitor standards of care within the home and to ensure a high quality, caring service is provided at all times.
Qualifications
* At least 6 months experience as Senior Healthcare Assistant in a nursing home or similar environment.
* Be registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).
* NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
* Previous experience in induction or training role.
