Customer Service Specialist Leicester Full-Time | Permanent £23,901.08 per annum Are you a strong communicator? Do you have experience working in a customer facing environment? Good attention to detail? We have the perfect role for you at our purpose built, modern site in the Grove Park area of Leicester. Join us as a Customer Service Specialist at the largest Independent Conveyancing and Property Services group in the UK THE JOB This role is a pivotal role within the Customer Service Team within Shared Services Department. On Team you will liaise directly with clients, third parties, internal and external stakeholders answering inbound calls, arranging appointments and providing clear and accurate signposting to our clients. Where we are unable to help, you will leave clear and concise call logs with required action needed whilst managing the caller's expectations. You will use our inhouse case management systems, which full training will be provided, to enable you to work with internal stakeholders ensuring that all inbound calls are answered within the set SLA’s and providing a personable and professional service. You will work to deliver the team KPI’s in line with the business requirements and in adherence to the company policy. The fast-paced environment means you can adapt quickly to changes and are able to support our internal stakeholders with the delivery of our services. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST You will be hands on and driven with a fantastic can-do attitude to your approach. You will inspire others with your passion for service delivery and can communicate effectively with other departments, clients and third parties in a professional, clear, and concise manner. Duties include: Act as a subject matter expert when liaising with internal & external clients Work the task list from your team's plan of action for the day Understand the Conveyancing process and be able to articulate clear updates to callers Empathise and understand the caller’s requirements to signpost them to the relevant department Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional manner always adhering to GDPR requirements Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Assist the team to ensure company targets are met Carry out general administrative duties to a high standard Support in delivering training for others internally (on team, Conveyancers & Simplify India) Support with escalations on team for complex queries Support with Evening & Weekend cover (when required) Support the Team Manager with daily statistics collation Support with continuous improvement by highlighting areas to Managers REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST Must be within commutable distance of Leicester. We're based in Enderby! A background in customer service or a willingness to learn Confident IT user Available to work shift patterns 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm Saturday and 10am-3pm Sunday on a permanent basis.
