Appointment Setter
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing and successful organisation in the commercial cleaning sector with their search for an Appointment Setter to join their driven and friendly sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, motivated individual with strong outbound calling experience who is looking to take the next step in their sales career.
You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the field sales team, speaking with organisations across the UK and booking high-quality appointments. With realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 and no commission cap, this role offers a genuine opportunity to succeed and be rewarded for your performance.
DAY TO DAY
* Make 80–90 outbound calls per day to organisations including nurseries, schools, dental practices, GP surgeries, and similar establishments.
* Use a provided spreadsheet/database of companies to build rapport, introduce services, and qualify interest.
* Book 3+ high-quality appointments per week for the Field Sales Advisor to attend in person.
* Manage call activity, notes, and follow-ups in an organised and professional manner.
* Handle gatekeepers effectively and communicate confidently with decision‑makers.
* Represent the business with outstanding phone etiquette and a polished, friendly manner.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE
* Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
* Excellent communication skills, telephone confidence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage call volume and follow‑up actions effectively.
* A resilient, proactive attitude with the motivation to meet and exceed targets.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
* A full UK driver’s licence would be highly beneficial due to the location (limited public transport options).
AND FOR YOU
* £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000).
* Clear progression and earning potential – many team members are already achieving £40k+.

* Face‑to‑face interviews with the Recruitment Manager and the Company Director.
CONTRACT DETAILS
* Permanent position.
* Full‑time working hours.
* Two‑stage, on‑site interview process (both at the TA9 office).
* Office‑based training followed by the option for hybrid/remote working.
