We are proud to be partnering with an reputable Housing Association based in Pembrokeshire, who are looking to appoint an Independent Living Officer on a 2-3 month contract. This will be a full-time position based in Tenby, with a rate up to £20.00 umbrella for the right experience. A car and a DBS is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting those over the age off 55, however a general background in Housing Support, will also be considered. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Helping clients 55 to sustain independent living within their property Checking fire doors and fire alarms on a weekly basis Liaising with extenral agencies Organisaing community activites to help engage clients Handling low level ASB complaints and montioring rent arrears Checking emergency pull cords Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Experience working with customers within housing Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Risk assessment and management Enthusiasm and empathetic Good IT skills Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
