Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively while maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate with various teams including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
* Monitor project progress and report on programme to senior management.
* Manage resource allocation and scheduling to optimise efficiency.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including progress reports and incident logs.
