We're on the lookout for an Operations Manager to join the people behind the smile at The Barnsley Metrodome!

As an Operations Manager you'll lead the sales and events team, juggling everything from enquiries and sales reports to show-rounds and social media! You'll help plan events with the wider team, create exciting marketing content, keep our website fresh, and build strong relationships with clients and local businesses. You will drive outreach and networking efforts, identify growth opportunities and build partnerships. Whether it's booking top entertainment or brainstorming the next big event to bring the Barnsley Metrodome to life, you'll be at the heart of making every event unforgettable.

40 Hours per week - Working pattern will be negotiated though they will include weekdays, evenings an weekends to suit the needs of the position.
