Job Role: Semiskilled Yard Operative
Location: Bristol, Avon
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 base salary
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – 18:00, Friday 07:00 – 16:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Client:
Interaction Technical has partnered with a well-established national plant hire firm to support their team expansion. Our client is looking to onboard a yard operative to join their team at the Avonmouth depot. They offer a comprehensive training scheme with the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified engineer for the right candidate.
The Package:

The Responsibilities:
7. Clean and maintain plant equipment and workshop areas
8. Drive to suppliers to collect tools, parts, and materials
9. Carry out painting, sweeping, and general yard duties
10. Assist with basic mechanical tasks under supervision
11. Ensure the yard and workshop are kept safe, tidy, and well-organized
12. Support the engineering and signage teams with ad hoc tasks
The Requirements:
