The Role As part of a busy and growing corporate team, you will manage your own varied caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters. The work will include: • Mergers and acquisitions • Corporate governance and advisory matters • Corporate restructures • Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts • Assisting on complex transactions and due diligence exercises • Building and maintaining strong client relationships • Delivering a high standard of client service Working closely with experienced lawyers, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and further develop your technical expertise and commercial awareness.
