McLaughlin & Harvey are one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland. We are seeking to recruit a Learning & Development Administrator to join our busy team based in our Bellshill office. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within the Learning & Development team. Responsibilities The Learning & Development Administrator will work collaboratively with relevant colleagues across the organisation contributing to the provision of learning and development within McLaughlin & Harvey. As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Manage CSCS cards and other construction-related certifications Oversee CPCS processes, including training bookings, coordinating VQs, renewing certifications, and applying for cards Handle training requirements identified through the company’s training matrix Arrange PDR training requests once approved Distribute all training evaluation forms Process invoices and track credit card expenditures Assist with monthly reporting, including board reports Respond to general training-related inquiries from other departments Monitor and manage emails in the Learning shared mailbox Collaborate with the HR team on new employee training requirements Book non-mandatory training courses after receiving approval Essential Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work Ability to prioritise workload Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative Confident communicator Strong planning and organisational skills Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel What's in it for you?
