We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager - Permanent role in a Motor Vehicle Manufacturing company. It is a significant Chinese automobile OEM with R&D centers in several locations to address various automotive engineering specialties.
Responsibilities
* Supervise a small HR staff that will assist in all HR-related tasks necessary to meet organisational objectives.
Qualifications
* 3 years of relevant HR experience.
* Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
* Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
* Thorough understanding of UK labour law.
* Professional experience in budget planning, hiring and employee relations.
* Degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
* Level 5 or above CIPD qualification.
* Second-line HR skills verified by relevant experience in a similar setting.
