Our client, a fast-paced organisation within the events and creative sector, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This is a fully on-site position and would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused working environment.
The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, shaping company culture, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly. The role spans recruitment, employee relations, development, and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
* Create job descriptions and manage end-to-end hiring processes across event, creative, production, and operational teams.
* Oversee onboarding and induction to support a positive new starter experience.
* Maintain strong relationships with freelance and contract staff, helping to build a dependable talent pool.
Employee Relations & Culture
1. Act as a central point of contact for staff queries and HR support.
