Electrical Project Manager | Milton Keynes |£65,000 + packageJob DescriptionA respected multidisciplinary contractor operating across commercial construction, building services, and facilities management is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical packages across a range of small works, fit-out, refurbishment, and D&B projects.You will take ownership of projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery while managing subcontractors, labour, budgets, and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage electrical projects from inception to completionOversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with health & safety and CDM regulationsControl programme, cost, and quality standardsAttend client and site meetingsManage variations, valuations, and reportingCoordinate with mechanical and wider project teamsEnsure successful handover and commissioningRequirementsExperience as an Electrical Project Manager in M&E or building servicesStrong background in commercial fit-out or refurbishmentSMSTS / SSSTS (preferred), CSCSStrong client-facing and leadership skillsCommercial awareness and programme control abilityTPBN1_UKTJ
