Family Service Worker - Court Team
We are looking for a passionate and committed Family Service Worker to join our Court Team. This is a vital role supporting children and families through complex legal processes, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. You will work closely with social workers, legal professionals, and partner agencies to provide accurate information, practical support, and advocacy that helps achieve the best outcomes for children.

About the role:
1. Work as part of the Court Team to support children and families during legal proceedings.
2. Contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in line with statutory requirements.
3. Prepare accurate evidence and documentation prior to court hearings.
4. Collaborate with social workers, legal professionals, and partner agencies to ensure timely and effective interventions.
5. Provide practical support and guidance to families navigating complex processes.
6. Maintain clear records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

About you:
7. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
