This role is based within the Conveyancing department, so must have strong exposure within Conveyancing. Benefits: Competitive Salary £28K-£35K DOE 36.5 Hour working week (early finish Fridays) 33 Days holiday including Bank Holidays Modern Offices with on-site Canteen / Coffee Shop / Gym etc Company Sick Pay increasing with years of service Role and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for supporting the Conveyancing Department, by Managing Files / Progressing Transactions / Preparing Documentation and Providing Excellent Client Care. Manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing Matters from Instruction through to Post Completion Prepare / Review and Collate Key Conveyancing Documents such as Contracts / Searches and Completion Statements Carry out Tite Checks & Due Diligence including Liaise with Lenders Maintain accurate File Notes / Disburmenets Liaise with Clients / Estate Agents / Mortgage Lenders and other firms to keep transactions progressing smoothly What we are looking for: Must have experience in a Conveyancing Environment either as Case Manager or Paralegal Ability to Manage a busy Caseload Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Written IT Literati can work away around Systems Commitment to delivering high standards of Client Service If you are interested in the Paralegal Conveyancing role then please send your CV to us or contact the ALF Team for more information
