Salary:£13 per hour + Monthly Bonus
Working Patterns: Flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday, opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities
* Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
* Act as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
* Process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer‑focused.
* Handle daily online FX requests and deliveries with keen attention to detail.
* Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.

* Excellent communicator: natural at building relationships, great talker and listener.
* Strong desire to succeed: drive, vision, and a passion for making people feel valued and confident.
