What you’ll be doing
Step into a role where your impact truly matters. As a Business Partner, you won’t just support the way our Council works – you’ll help redefine it. This is your chance to shape a dynamic, people‑focused culture that delivers real results for our teams and the wider community.
You’ll be at the heart of turning bold workforce strategies into meaningful action – embedding practical, forward‑thinking people practices that make a visible difference every day. No two days will feel the same. One moment you could be leading a high‑profile organisational change project or navigating a complex employment case; the next, you’ll be empowering leaders through coaching, unlocking team potential, or introducing smarter, more effective ways of working.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll take the lead on impactful initiatives that drive both organisational success and employee wellbeing. Your work will help build a workplace where people feel supported, inspired, and able to thrive.
If you’re passionate about making change happen, developing others, and leaving a lasting mark, this is your opportunity to do just that.
