Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process customer orders and create job cards.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation.
* Support invoicing, delivery reconciliation, and sample requests.
* Work closely with Sales, Production, and Accounts teams to resolve queries.
* Identify recurring issues and support process improvements.

* Experience in order processing, administration, or sales support.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Experience with Sage or similar systems is desirable.
