Administrative and Accounts Assistant

Walton Bathrooms is a leading supplier of luxury bathroom furniture across the United Kingdom, renowned for offering high-quality products from renowned names such as Keuco, Alape, Schneider, and Burgbad. Founded in 1985, the company has over 40 years of experience in designing and supplying luxury bathrooms from select European manufacturers. Our 3500 sq ft showroom in The Hersham Centre, Hersham, Surrey, showcases modern and contemporary bathrooms from Germany, Italy, France, and Switzerland. We specialise in designing, planning, and installing luxury bathrooms to fit any budget.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Walton-On-Thames for an Admin / Accounts Assistant. The Admin / Accounts Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as maintaining accurate records, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling petty cash, overseeing credit control, and providing general administrative support. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Qualifications

* A degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

Required Skills

* Accounting and Finance skills (including managing accounts payable/receivable and petty cash)
* Credit Control skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team on-site in Walton-On-Thames
* Previous experience in an administrative or account's assistant role is a plus

Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per year, based on your skills and experience.
