SurveyorRole Overview
As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out mixed-use property valuations across both commercial and residential sectors. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop into a senior leadership position within the firm. You will work closely with directors, providing expert valuations, advice, and support to a diverse client base.
Surveyor Key Responsibilities
* Undertake commercial and residential property valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
* Provide professional advice to clients on property values, acquisitions, and disposals.
* Work across a mixed portfolio, including investment properties, development opportunities, and residential schemes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Collaborate with directors on strategic projects and business growth opportunities.
* Contribute to the ongoing success of the valuation team and wider business.
What Were Looking For
* MRICS-qualified Surveyor with proven experience in commercial and residential property valuations.
* Strong understanding of valuation methodology, RICS standards, and market trends.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a commercial mindset.
* Ability to manage a varied portfolio with accuracy and efficiency.
