Job Description
Vodafone Automotive UK is seeking a Customer Service Specialist responsible for managing customer interactions and supporting the operational activities associated with our products and services. The role includes handling inbound and outbound communications, providing first-level technical support, and contributing to the achievement of service standards and operational metrics.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage customer communications while ensuring GDPR compliance
* Provide consistent, high‑quality service across all contact channels
* Support subscription renewals through inbound and outbound calls
* Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests
* Monitor device status and perform initial technical troubleshooting
* Update and maintain customer records, including vehicle ownership changes
* Handle subscription payments and address failed transactions
* Maintain effective relationships with vehicle suppliers and dealerships
* Oversee the device commissioning process in collaboration with internal teams
* Prepare accurate and timely reports on key performance indicators
Skills and Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service or service delivery roles
* Strong digital literacy
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations
