Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well-established and forward-thinking Compliance Team as an Officer. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the individual will be responsible for H&S, 5s and Environment. As Compliance Officer you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting audits, identifying hazards, and recommending corrective actions. Tracking next steps and department implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enhance current Audit Programme (H&S, Environment, Quality, 5s etc.)
2. Ensure that all records and documentation are accurate and in compliance with applicable regulations.
3. Review non-conformances and help support tracking of actions.
4. Support with Environmental and Health & Safety Training.
5. Prepare, manage and maintain document systems for both external (Supplier Audits) and internal.
6. Raising purchase orders and inputting information/data into an Oracle-based system.
7. Data entry of critical information.
8. Collating data to provide reports in collaboration with different departments.
9. Supporting the creation of our internal communication materials.
10. Maintaining and updating KPI targets and internal documents throughout the department.
11. Creating PowerPoint presentations on behalf of the department.

14. Strong work ethic, with the ability to handle delicate and confidential information.
15. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
16. Competent in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Desirable Criteria:
17. Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality experience or qualifications.
18. ISO Internal Auditor experience or qualifications.
19. Able to analyse complex data creatively to drive improvement activity.
20. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise / report / present to suppliers and internal team players at all levels.
