The Role of the Cluster Sales Manager
Reporting to the UK Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, your role involves driving incremental revenue for UK hotels in alignment with budget and strategic goals, with a focus on closing MICE sales.
* Consistently achieve monthly activity targets for leads, calls, and appointments, demonstrating tangible results from these activities.
* Increase revenue and targeted growth by building relationships and understanding the needs of existing clients.
* Identify innovative methods to generate new sales leads and implement structured follow-up plans.
* Collaborate closely with the UK hotel portfolio within the cluster to align rate plans and pricing strategies.
* Gain thorough understanding of the brands you represent, including Marriott and SLH.
* Assist the Director of Sales in developing inbound international business from key markets and global strategic accounts.
* Show a passion for learning and continuously develop your skills and industry knowledge.
