Anderson Knight is recruiting an Administrator on behalf of a well-established business based in Glasgow.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate data, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, supporting engineering and procurement requirements, and ensuring timely processing of materials and documentation.
Hours : Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 16:30
Salary : £24,968

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle procurement processes: sourcing materials, raising and monitoring POs, managing returns, and stock adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve supplier invoice queries promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with company/client requirements.
• Use Excel confidently – including pivot tables, CONCATENATE, and lookups (V, X, or Y).
• Identify and rectify outstanding purchase orders.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal teams to meet SLA targets.
• Manage documentation relating to F-Gas and legislative compliance.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all health & safety procedures.
Key Skills & Attributes:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service role.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Service industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
