Salary: Scale 3, point 5-6 (Approximately £25,583 - £25,989)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full Year
Role: Full time
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the security of the premises and its contents in the absence of the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher or any other designated responsible person.
* Undertake basic handy work as necessary (e.g., replacing light bulbs, securing broken windows and doors).
* Monitor levels of supplies and equipment and report to the Caretaker.
* Act as the keyholder and be available for call-outs outside normal working hours.
* Lock/unlock school premises at agreed times.
Essential Requirements
* Site supervision experience.
* Keyholder responsibility.
* Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning techniques.
* Willingness to undertake relevant training.
