Position Details
* Organisation: Salendine Nook High School
* Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only
* Term: Permanent
* Salary: Grade 8
* Start Date: January 2026, or as soon as possible
* Driving Licence: Full valid manual driving licence required
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate attendance records, including A Star Attendance, Sims and CPOMs.
* Update Late Room registers and support punctuality administration daily.
* Analyse attendance data, producing reports for Senior Leadership Team, Pastoral Team and teachers.
* Provide attendance data for specific student cohorts upon request from Heads of Year.
Skills and Competences
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Analytical ability to produce clear attendance reports.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, parents and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency with attendance systems is desirable.
* Proactive problem‑solving and attention to detail.
