Main Duties
* Oversee the daily delivery of fire alarm maintenance, testing, and remedial work.
* Organise engineer diaries and manage workloads to maximise productivity.
* Track service performance and ensure contractual commitments are met.
* Offer technical support to both engineers and customers.
* Make sure all work adheres to BS 5839 and relevant regulations.
* Carry out quality checks and review completed jobs for compliance.
* Manage stock levels, equipment, and the movement of materials.
* Handle customer queries, escalations, and service-related concerns.
* Support the development of the engineering team through training and guidance.
