About the opportunity
We are looking for a RSE (Recognised Seasonal Employer) Administrator to join our People & Culture team based in Hastings. The main focus of the role will be supporting the National RSE Manager with all things administration. This is a 6-month fixed term parental leave cover role.
Responsibilities
* Generating contracts and ensuring all onboarding paperwork is 100% accurate
* Keeping track of spreadsheets of recruits from overseas and planning meticulously for their arrival into NZ
* Assisting with setup of bank accounts and all other paperwork
* Assisting with bulk induction processes
* Providing pastoral care for RSE workers when required
* Running reports, data entry, and assisting with transportation and accommodation arrangements
About you
* You will be used to juggling lots of tasks at once and be calm under pressure.
* Confident Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
* Experience from the travel industry or a similar fast paced HR/recruitment administration role would be an advantage
* You'll be a team player who thrives in a busy role
* Full drivers licence essential
