Our clients camper van business is growing fast. They have just secured a contract to deliver three full camper conversions a month for an existing client, and with a busy order book and a solid reputation, they are ready to bring a new Trainee Technician into the team.

What Youll Be Doing

You dont need years of experience you just need the right attitude. Youll be working alongside experienced builders, learning every step of the production process, including:

* Helping prep vehicles ready for conversion

* Upholstering internal panels

* Fitting insulation materials

* Assisting with various stages of the build to develop new skills

* Managing and monitoring stock and inventory

* Keeping the workshop tidy, organised, and running smoothly
