Based in Lowestoft (with travel across North Suffolk and the East Coast), Realise Futures is looking for a dedicated Peer and IAG Practitioner to deliver walk-in Information, Advice and Guidance sessions and facilitate peer support groups as part of our Suffolk-wide contract. You’ll be based in Lowestoft, working across the region to empower individuals and help them thrive.

Salary: £28,500 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

What you will be doing
* Holding drop-in meetings to support adults with learning disabilities/autism, offering information, advice and guidance
* Organising and leading social peer groups for adults with learning disabilities/autism to engage in the community and have fun
What we’re looking for
* A creative, flexible, and dynamic practitioner with experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism
* Someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively across communities
* A confident communicator who can deliver impactful guidance and foster peer-led support
