What You'll Do:
1. Be a Relationship Builder: From the very first phone call to the final enrollment, you will be the main point of contact for prospective parents and pupils. You'll build strong, lasting relationships, providing a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who interacts with the school.
2. Drive Enrollment: Your primary goal is to attract and secure new students. You'll manage the entire admissions pipeline-from initial inquiry and school tours to applications, assessments, and final enrollment-ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
3. Host Key Events: You will be a key player in planning and executing important admissions events like Open Mornings, Taster Days, and scholarship assessments, showcasing the unique Westholme experience to potential families.
4. Be a Data-Driven Strategist: You'll maintain and analyse our admissions database to track progress, measure success, and forecast enrollment trends. Your insights will be crucial for our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to refine our strategies and achieve our targets.
5. Collaborate and Communicate: You will work closely with internal teams, from academic staff to the accounts department, to ensure a seamless transition for new pupils and their families.

The Role:
This is a full-time position on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the strong likelihood of being extended and becoming a permanent role. It is not a term-time only position, as you will be working throughout the year to manage the full admissions cycle.
