So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant and want to start your management journey, this Supervisor role could be perfect for you.
As a Supervisor, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team. You'll be eager to learn and drive success as well as supporting others to develop and become the best they can be.
Our business
Based in Paisley with it's rich history our large store has seven consultanting rooms with a team of twenty close knit and friendly staff. Culture and work-life balance are at the forefront of this stores ethos. We are based on Moss Street across from the Cenotaph and we have fantastic transport links.

* 8am - 6:30pm (staggered shifts) Mon- Fri, 9am - 5:30pm Sat and 10am - 5pm on Sunday (working 5 days per week with weekend hours)

What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Experience in optics or Audiology business
* Experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
* Previous experience of supporting others with training is desireable
