Role Overview
As Head of Consultant Services you will lead the delivery of legal consultancy work, manage client relationships, and drive fee growth on a fee-sharing basis.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of legal consultancy engagements.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Lead fee sharing arrangements and optimise earnings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high quality legal solutions.
Qualifications
* Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ years PQE.
* Strong commercial awareness and fee sharing experience.
* Excellent client management and communication skills.
